[Menvi-discuss] Dealing with sighted bandmates

Hi, Kaiti.

Something to remember is that sometimes people take an awfully long time to 
grow up. Some of your bandmates may be only a year or two out of high 
school, and if they have not had life experiences that have forced  them to 
grow up they will continue to act like they are in high school for a while. 
Often college is just high school with a little more work and a little more 
freedom for some people. It doesn't have to be that way for you. Keep on 
doing what you do. If you can both sightread and pley by ear, you have 
skills that will serve you well all your life.
