I'm a sighted band teacher and I am currently teaching a student who uses
Braille music.

One of my favorite resources is "Introduction To Braille Music
Transcription" by Mary Turner De Garmo. It can be found as a PDF online.
Your question relating to division parts is referenced on pg158 but is
called "The Full Measure In-Accord".

For my beginning flute student, since she has been reading Braille music
less than a year I have only Brailled one of the two divisi parts in her
music. Students are usually assigned one of the two parts, and I made that
assignment before Brailling the music. If your student is more experienced
then it would be good to Braille both parts.

On PG 159 cues are addressed, and they are ommitted from transcription if
they are only for reference and not to be played.

Hope this helps,
