[Menvi-discuss] piano technique: curving your fingers

You know I've seen a few responses to this through other threads which 
aren't part of this one, and its an interesting question.  While reading 
those responses and then reading this, i am not sure if I was taught to play 
with curved fingers or not.  I wonder what the advantage of doing this would 
be?  Interesting thought provoking question.
