There is  pretty complete coverage of figured bass and analytical  
symbols in Section 27 of Music Braille Code 1997.  See especially  
Paragraphs 27.20 through 27.26 and the accompanying examples.  Notice  
the use of lower-cell numbers and the absence of letter signs.

Heidi Lehmann, chair of the NBA music braille committee, is  
particularly well-informed about analytical notation since she has  
brailled several college theory texts.  I've taken the liberty of  
forwarding this correspondence to her.
