I'm in Canada, and unfortunately the major Canadian library that most blind
Canadians have access to cannot sign up to ABC. Also, I've found that there
are a lot of items available on NLS that have not been uploaded to ABC, and
I'm sure there are braille music libraries in other countries like Spain,
Italy, Scandinavia, etc, that have not made their way to the ABC catalogue.
