Thanks, that is a good start.
I will have a play around with it and have already started writing out some headings on a document to put info under.
I figured it might save us repeating ourselves a lot if we have a document we can either give to people or even cut and paste from.

Hi Jeanie, I may have to think about this a little, but I think the three most important unlabeled buttons are the ones at the top of every page. The first one is notifications. The second one is navigation menu. The third one opens the search box. And then there's the one I mentioned for getting to the place where you can message a user.
Also, for a lot of the dialogs, for instance, for logging in and downloading, first, press the button, then press control end to get to the bottom of the page. It should say "dialog". Press enter on that dialog and it will open it for you. This last one may depend on screen reader and browser.

Hi,
Just copying out the instructions you gave me to message a user on Musescore.
I’m thinking it might be a good idea to put together a short accessibility instruction sheet for MuseScore.com.
I hit a situation yesterday where I was logged out and had major issues getting focus into the log-in area, had to use the mouse in the end.
But mainly wondering if you know what any of the other unlabelled buttons are on the website, so I can write some basic instructions.

Hi Jeanie, there is in fact a way to direct message a user on musescore.com <http://musescore.com> .
1. Click on the name of the person who uploaded the score you want.
2. Go to the heading "recent sheet music" and press up arrow to locate an unlabeled button.
3. Once you've located this unlabeled button, press enter on it. A new menu should pop up.
4. There should be a link that says "send message". Click on that.
5. Send them a message. Hopefully, they get back to you. If they get back to you, you will need to give them your email address or something like that so they can send you the files.
I had this happen to me once for an orchestra score I needed. Luckily, the person responded quickly, and after explaining my situation, they were willing to send me the MuseScore file.

There is one in particular who uploads a lot of Trinity College piano exercises and other good teaching info but only makes them print available. I had wondered if there is any way via the website of getting in touch with them to ask if they could share the files and explain why.

Hi Jeanie, yeah, some user-uploaded scores cannot be downloaded because the uploader chose not to make it downloadable. It's their call.

Yes, that pop up that has the download options is hard to find with a screen reader the first time. I’d just add that once you’ve searched for a file there are a whole lot of filters you can use at the top of the page, but you can jump to heading level 1 to get to the scores that are available. If a score is labelled as an official score I don’t think we can get access to it as these seem to be a graphic online to view but all the rest are available to download (depending on paid or unpaid). You need to press enter on the title of the one you want to open its page and then find the download button, you can also hear the score online. I think I usually hit B for button about 5 times to get to the play button then quite a few more to get to the download button if it sounds like what I want. Then as Ella said after pressing the download button you need to jump right to the bottom of the page and press enter where it says download this score (or something to that effect) and then arrow down to the option for Download as Musescore file and press enter. It will automatically save it to your downloads folder.
I have found a few scores where there is only an option to print not download which is frustrating. I think this is set for some reason by the person sharing them.
Have fun searching for files.

Hi, yes, you can absolutely download anything you find on musescore.com <http://musescore.com> and open them in the MuseScore software. musescore.com <http://musescore.com> is specifically designed for users to share downloadable scores. Some scores will have the download feature disabled, but for most scores, you simply need to locate the download button, go to the bottom of the page, press enter on the dialog, and you're ready to grab the score. You do need to create an account to download stuff. Downloading public domain and original scores is free, but you do need a paid subscription to access copyrighted material, such as pop songs, in order to pay the copyright holders.

Hello friends,
Thank you so much for your suggestions on musescore software. I have
started learning it.
A few days ago, I visited the website called musescore.com <http://musescore.com> . On this
website, many users have shared their music score's performances. So
my questions to you are, that are these music scores accessible for
us? Can we copy them in our musescore software and listen them?
