I wouldn't put it in your bio/resume--it is not pertinent to your musical 
development. It will be obvious if, for example, you include blindness 
benefit concerts or teaching braille music camps on your resume; but that is 
performance and teaching experience stuff that happens to be in a 
blindness-specific environment. Hopefully it will land amid other types of 
performance and teaching experience and will not stick out like a sore 
thumb. That is my personal recommendation anyway.
