I'm not going to be much help, but I can tell you that what looks like a fourth interval in this case is a number sign showing you the number that is under the printed note.  Also the sharp sign followed by K means an isolated accidental.

I looked in the Music Code and can find Table 27 where the Figured Bass signs are but not much explanation.  Didn't you have an explanation of figured bass in class?  If you have someone look at the print with you while you're looking at the braille, they can tell you what is in print and you can then understand what the braille is telling you.  Sorry I can't be of more help.
