[Menvi-discuss] software for scanning and playing music files

Yeah, I can't speak for the Sheet Music Scanner app mentioned, as I haven't
tried it, so I have no idea how good its recognition engine is. Sheet Music
Scanner is a fairly generic name, so there could be multiple apps with
similar names in the app store and it might get confusing searching for the
specific one you want under that name. PlayScore 2 mobile works on the same
principle, where you can take a picture of the music using the camera to
scan it in that way, though I haven't tried it myself since I don't use
PlayScore on mobile. All I do know is that PlayScore's recognition engine
is high quality, and that the mobile version can also improt pre-existsing
PDF and image files.
