I also learned online that a community music school for the visually
impaired in New York also has a transcription service. It's at
https://fmdgmusicschool.org/music-transcription/
Either way, braille music transcription is something where the demand seems
to be higher than the supply, partly due to how niche it is and there are
relatively few readers overall. Can't comment on prices, but I think it can
get pretty expensive, especially if you're in, say, South Africa paying US
rates.
