[Menvi-discuss] Converting MXL to XML for translation by Sao Mai Braille

Lol, we've been kinda virtual friends on this stuff for the past few months
so that factors in. That said, if a question has already been answered,
especially if everything I wanted to say has been stated, I usually don't
respond.
