[Menvi-discuss] An Alternative Way to Create Charts?

Hello, everyone! I have a question, and hopefully, this will make some sense.
I'm coming to the point where I'm going to need to write out some country charts for a band I'm putting together. Here's the issue. I don't have Sibelius, and I was wondering if there's a way to write out chord charts using any word processing application on my phone. Of course, I have the Notes app as well as the Voice Dream Writer app, and Ideally, I'd like to use those. Is there a simple way to do this, like writing CMaj7 for a C major seventh chord? As I typed it, Voiceover read it out to me correctly, so that was amazing! I know there are symbols in the Nashville number system that look like diamonds, or what they call a choke symbol. I don't know these, so is there another way I can do this without looking like a clown? Thanks!
