[Menvi-discuss] [EXTERNAL] Updated rhythm Counting Sheets

Hi,

As a few people seem to want this I've just attached for the list the dxb
file.

And yes they would work equally well with any combination of sighted or
blind teachers and students as both print and Braille are just an exact
transcription.

I find them a great tool for assessing where new students are at as well as
using them as an ongoing teaching tool to progress through. A great way to
check if a new student has gaps in their learning, or indeed any of mine
after a year or two of working in tutor books that have backing tracks where
you can play the rhythms by ear!

Now I just need to find time in my lessons to start doing these again
myself. There are lot of things I had dropped because I couldn't access
them, so it is quite exciting to now be able to get them back in Braille.

Jeanie

Hello Jeanie,
Thanks, I was also thinking that this is a fantastic resource for Braille
Music students. I normally make up my own to suit their ability, after
assessing each person.

Very best wishes,
Sandra.
