These books are only available through Amazon in Print.  From what I'm 
told, the newer updated versions will be available accessibly, but 
Richard will probably need to comment on this.

I think the second one will probably be produced accessibly, but the 
first I know is only available in print.  You can search Kindle for 
these titles and see if it exists.
