[Menvi-discuss] Need help from someone with access to NLS BARD

That is interesting as I searched the first few and came up blank.  My understanding was that the entire NLS music catalogue had been added to ABC.  But it is looking more and more like they got to a certain point and stopped or for some reason aren’t sharing it all which is rather not in the spirit of how the treaty was meant to work.

I've got a bit of a slightly strange request.

 

I am from Canada, and I've been poking around in some of the online catalogues on the NLS music website. I would like to download some of the following from BARD, but because I am in Canada, I cannot download anything from BARD. I'm looking for the following:

Schnittke, Suite in the Old Style

Khachaturian, Toccata. G-flat minor

MacDowell, Scotch poem, op. 31, no. 2

MacDowell, Sea Pieces, Op 55

MacDowell, Sonata tragica, op. 45

MacDowell, Stücke, op. 18. Barcarolle

MacDowell, Vier kleine Poesien (Four short poems), op. 32

MacDowell, Woodland sketches, op. 51

 

I know this is a fair bit of stuff, but I would like to have those pieces in my personal collection so I can learn to play them in the future. If you have access to BARD and can download these for me, please email me at ellaxyu at gmail. Thanks.
