Hi, yes, you can absolutely download anything you find on musescore.com and
open them in the MuseScore software. musescore.com is specifically designed
for users to share downloadable scores. Some scores will have the download
feature disabled, but for most scores, you simply need to locate the
download button, go to the bottom of the page, press enter on the dialog,
and you're ready to grab the score. You do need to create an account to
download stuff. Downloading public domain and original scores is free, but
you do need a paid subscription to access copyrighted material, such as pop
songs, in order to pay the copyright holders.
