Directly converting from PDF to BRF is impossible, primarily because PDF is
an image format. There are musical OCR programs (e.g SharpEye, Musitek
Music-to-XML, PhotoScore) that can turn PDF into music xml, which can then
be turned into braille with another piece of software (e.g Lime/Goodfeel,
BrailleMUSE). Even so, because music OCR is not completely accurate, the
only way to make sure the results of the conversion are truly accurate is
for a sighted person to fix any errors in the XML in notation software
before you turn it into a BRF file.
