http://www.opustec.com/products/guide/guide.pdf  Has the 1974 De Garmo Manual for Braille Music which has the rules for drums.  The newer one doesn't have this info.


You definitely don't use octave marks  and the snare drum uses third octave E while the bass drum uses second octave A.  A roll uses the fractioning signs.  There are 2 methods for marking right or left hands.  In one method you use the organ symbols for feet which would be dot 1 left and 123 for right.  The other method uses keyboard hand signs.  Most people prefer the first method and they are usually only utilized in beginning music.
