Sandra,
	There are no web controls.  The platform sends you an E-mail hen you 
set it up.  Are you in the U.S.?  They do have a toll-free line for 
people to call.  They're based out here in Long Beach.  Straight Forward 
is always good, and these guys are.  When I set up my conference with 
them, I got my codes, which included instructions on how to record.  I 
see you're in England, so services may be different there.  I am not 
sure if they have a number for U.K. residents, but I know they have 
expanded.  We'll see what happens.
