[Menvi-discuss] dealing with blindness in bios and other career information

people who would automatically reject you.  You need to get  in the door.  
Even if your work and volunteer experiences (like mine) are  with the blind, 
that doesn't mean you are blind.  
Remember the age thing?  It's now illegal to require it  on the 
application.  However, when they ask for education, and you got your  degree in 1971, 
somehow they do the math.
