I love my Olympus!  It's pretty easy to use.  The menus talk, and I
love that you can change the sensitivity of the microphone based on
what kind of room or how much noise you are dealing with.

I use Goldwave to convert to MP3.  The only issue I've had is losing
my Olympus.  It's why I have two olympy!
