I started learning braille music at a camp for the blind.  We had 
an intensive week of braille music tuition, and then I taught 
myself using the international manual of braille music rather how 
to teach braille music.  I also have a book called "read, sing 
and play" which is like a fast track to learn the basics.  There 
seems to be a huge shortage of braille music teachers out there, 
esspecially out side the usa, and so I offer lessons in braille 
music privately via skype.
