Just go to    http://www.loc.gov/nls/   And in the RH corner click on MUSIC INSTRUCTION.  You will get a list of the catalogs and there is also in the RH corner a CONTACT US which you'll need to write and say who you are and that you want access to WebBraille.  They'll take care of you.  (Special code which once activated need not ever be used again!!)
