Hi,

You can configure GOODFEEL's Transcription Options to begin each parallel
with a measure number.

Run GOODFEEL

Options | Transcription Options
Or press ALT+O, and then ENTER

Tab to checkbox that says
Begin each parallel with measure number
And press space bar to check

Tab to
Save as Defaults
Button and press space.

Until you uncheck that field, GOODFEEL will place the starting measure
number at the start of each line of words or at start of the music line for
instrumental solo pieces. GOODFEEL always shows bar numbers for keyboard
pieces and full scores.

Since it's a choral piece, you might be able to get somebody to tell you
what circumscribes the measures (what words stop and
end.) I find this usually works.

I have a related question. Is there a way to ensure Gdfeel/Lime puts
measure numbers in a vocal score converted from Sibelius XML?

My harp part to the Requiem has rehearsal letters: A, B, C, etc.
I wonder
if your braille indicates rehearsal letters for sections. If so, can you
ask the teacher to specify the rehearsal letter? Then the teacher could
tell you...start at 10 after B or 6 after D...or something like that.

Hello,
I can try...
We are supposed to study
Brahms mvt. 4. mm. 115 - 153
Brahms mvt. 6 mm. 330 end
How long does it usually take to count 300 measures?
Thanks,

Do you have a recording? If so, try to count measure numbers along as you
listen. It is not ideal, but I have had to do just that more than once.

Hello,
I got the Brahms's Requiem from NLS, but it doesn't have measure numbers.
My

teacher has assigned us measure numbers to go over. Does anyone know how
to deal with this? Should I get the page numbers from my teacher and just
try and memorize the whole page?
Thanks,

Brandon Keith Biggs
