[Menvi-discuss] free pdf converter

Hello,
I know I posted a question regarding print sheet music and pdf, 
but I was looking online and found a free pdf converter that 
would take my jpeg images and convert them to pdf.  I was 
wondering if anyone has experience with these kinds of web sites.  
If so, are they reliable? And most importantly, is it completely 
legal?
