[Menvi-discuss] question about prospective voice teachers

Hi Kelsey,

I've never had a teacher ask me that, but it doesn't really surprise
me.  It's possible that she was just curious.  She probably doesn't
know that this isn't an unfair question and really wants to know.  As
long as you show her that you are confident and independent, I think
you will be fine.  You don't even need to answer her directly.  All
you need to say is that you have it covered and leave it at that.  I
really hope she is a good fit for you.
