I have lots of hymns I can share but you have to tell me which one you want and I'll see if I have it. The lyrics are easy to find online so I only have the brailled piano scores.

A client of one of our transcribers has asked about this, and I decided to post to the list, since such books with music are hard to find. NLS has some braille hymnals with both words and music, but since the table of contents is only in the book itself, it’s trial and error of receiving them to see if a particular hymn or carol is included.
