Hello, I'm wondering what the best way to manipulate 12 tone rows is? I have
trouble if I am not able to memorize the row. Braille is a devil when it
comes to sorting out correct octaves backwards and I can't look at the music
to see if it looks right on the intervals in lime.
I'm thinking my first step should be to write out the row with octave signs
before every note, then moving it up and down will not be so bad, but then
should I write the row with interval signs only so inverting it won't be so
hard? Or how have people handled this in the past?
Thank you,
Brandon Keith Biggs
