Hi Miranda.
At my university I pay for most of my music myself, but whatever the
students get, the access office will pay for. My choir music is paid
for because the students only have to pay a little bit, and the fee
isn't even close to what I'd have to pay. An access will probably
only pay for what the students get for free.
If your music is ever considered a textbook. For example, if you need
a sight singing book, you might be able to get your rehab services
agency to pay for it. HTH
