Hi Teresa
As Nicole suggests, we have a number of duet pieces that might suit your student. I'd recommend any of the 18 primer level repertoire pieces from the American Popular Piano series. These are great for beginners of any age. The musical material may be elementary but there's nothing "babyish" about the styles. To get an idea of what these are like, try one of these links -

You can listen to sound samples of each piece, and if you want to know the rest of the titles in the volume, just contact me off-list. There are also backing track CDs for these pieces.
I haven't yet transcribed the teacher's parts but if you select a piece you like, I can try to get that done in the next week. If it's just the student part you want, these can be bought and downloaded immediately.
There's general information on the series here - http://www.primavistamusic.com/content.php?id=11 .
Hope this helps.
Lydia
