[Menvi-discuss] Using IOS Recording?

Hello,
I'll check out those appps, but my problem with Emailing is that the lessons
are around 20 MB, a little much for an email...
I can't figure out if I save the file into dropbox through the drop box app
by using import, or if I save it through the recorder App.
The dropbox seems to just want to save photos.
Thanks,
Brandon Keith Biggs

Subject: Re: [Menvi-discuss] Using IOS Recording?
Hi,
I just looked in the App store. QuickVoice, ITalk, and Audio Recorder
Free all look like decent recording apps you can try.
I have recorded using the standard voice memo app on my IPhone before,
but I found using the recorder on my BookSense preferable for several
reasons. The IOS recorder, or at least the one included with the
IPhone4, does not have the capability of slowing the recording down
for working on fast sections or starting slow and building up tempo.
It also is harder to find a specific spot in the file as it moves you
back and forth by it's own percentages, whereas a device like a
BookSense will let you input the percent of the file you'd like to go
to. Maybe these files will do a better job though.
As for archiving, I've been able to sync my phone with ITunes and the
memos have been transferred to ITunes automatically, but if that
doesn't work you can always try emailing it to yourself. If this
option is available and you have an account, you could also open the
file in dropbox if you download the mobile app for that. This works
great because it will put the file in your dropbox on your computer
for you, and it's always accessible from your IPod as long as it's in
the folder.
Hope some of this helps.
