[Menvi-discuss] Good Italian Dictionary?

Hello,
I’m wondering if anyone knows of a good Italian dictionary that is accessible with Jaws?
I’ve tried several, but either they don’t have half the words I’m using or they are just over flowing with links and extra features.
Does anyone know a good Jaws friendly or easy to navigate Braille Italian dictionary?
