The student is the cause of the wait. And, we give clear guidelines about the length of time transcribing takes. Additionally, I communicate with students regularly to remind and recommend early submission of textbooks. (The picture here is not pretty.)

Is it the students or the teachers who are waiting? Blind students should be aware how long it takes to transcribe music books!!

I cannot find them in webbraille or piano music in NLS. Karen, can you find either of them?

I need the following two Music textbooks in Braille Music. Would any of you know if they are already transcribed and if so, where I might get them?

The books are Practical Piano Skills by William and Constance Starr, 5th edition, ISBN 0697104370 and The FJH Classic Scale Book, by Victoria McArthur and Edwin McLean, revised ed, ISBN 9781569390313.

If someone can point me in the right direction or has these books available in Braille Music, please contact me as soon as possible. Needed by August 22. (Wish students would not wait so long. Grin.)
