[Menvi-discuss] Piano technique exercises: anyone?

Hi all,
Would anyone tell me what exercises that I can do on the piano to unlock my wrisk and to relax my fingering so I can play fast pieces? I prefer something that I can do without refering to certain books or pieces. I want to do these exercises as warm up before practicing my pieces. Help? Ideas? suggestions?
