It is not an App of the music notation software that you download from <a href="http://www.musescore.org">www.musescore.org</a>. They are not the same thing. So there is no App for the music notation software currently. The musescore.com library sharing app allows you to view in graphic form scores you have uploaded to your musescore.com account and also view various official scores with the subscription. But as these are all just graphics I do not expect it will in any way become accessible. It does not have the notation software within it that is able to read out the notes, etc. The best you would get is to be able to hear the score.
