Garage Band or similar might be easily able to do this. It doesn’t play the note (well I don’t think it does but I wouldn’t have been looking for that), but it does give verbal feedback of the note pitch including how many cents flat or sharp it is. It is available from the App store. I’m not 100% sure if it updates the verbal feedback as the note goes on or just gives it once at the start.
