<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>You're talking about enlargement, not speech
access, right? I think Sibelius and Photoscore would work, especially
since Sibelius supports that combination. It might be a good idea to get
the demos to try. I think they will work for five days. The concerns
I have are, 1( will Sibelius make the music large enough, and 2) does your
son need to scroll through the music hands-free? If so, I don't know how
one would connect a foot pedal, as Sibelius has had a history of not supporting
this idea. With the Mac's being able to recognize gestures, it might be
possible to have scrolling be activated in some other way, like a hed nod.
The question would be, who would program it to do that.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Oh, also be aware that the scanning will probably
need further editing, such as if there is a repeat, those notes will probably
need to be written out, as it would be difficult to find the beginning of the
repeated measures.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV>Hello. Does anybody on this list have any experience with the
programs Sibelius & PhotoScore Ultimate? </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>We are considering these programs for our son to be used on a MacBook so
he can compose, edit, scan and enlarge music. We have researched many
programs and believe these will work the best with the equipment we have to
use. However, we have not heard of anyone using this combination of
programs. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>We would welcome any input you have about these programs. Thank you
very much for your time. </DIV>
