u4:st="on">Kentucky</ST1:STATE></ST1:PLACE>. To the best of my
knowledge, the book is no longer available for purchase from APH or from any

to me many years ago. Since I have been unable to find hard copies of
Volumes 1-3, I am especially glad that the hymnal is now available in “web
