Yes, I have one of these Odin mobile phones.  It is a simple cell phone that 
doesn't use a touch screen but has buttons.  It allows you to send text 
messages and have a phone book and all that and is completely accessible 
with good speech output.  It's not a smartphone so doesn't go online or have 
lots of cool apps to use but for what it is it is a good phone.  Texas 
residents can get one free through a special program described on the web 
site.  The company has good customer service and their plans are 
inexpensive.  They also sell the Nexus four and Nexus five and the Texas 
program allows for discounts on the nexus five.
