Hi Chris:

The best method book for learning drumming I have found was the The Ludwig
Drum Method, book 1.  The author is William F. Ludwig and can be found in
paperback on Amazon.  It will teach you all your basic drum rudiments and
have enough exercises to practice each rudiment.  I do not know if it comes
in braille or has an audio program with it.
