Nancy, it sounds as if your son has to get as good at reading as he 
can, so he can prove his sighted teachers wrong.

Don't forget that a lot of the church music is repeated, i.e. used 
each Christmas, Easter, and other times throughout the year, not to 
mention how many pieces of music are commonly used at weddings or 
funerals.
