Yes!
I've been avoiding it because I don't want to get the whole thing Brailed 
personally, but when I enter conservatory I'm going to have to be able to 
accompany myself on at least one of those songs.

Yes indeed, NLS has the vocal and piano score for the entire high-voice
collection, including "O Cessate" in
G minor.  This version of the "24 Italian songs" is what the publisher calls
"medium high."  The low-voice version of the collection is what the
publisher calls "medium low."  Though the low-voice version is not yet in
the NLS collection, I am lobbying for such a transcription because this
collection is crucial for any well-trained singer.
