Yes indeed, NLS has the vocal and piano score for the entire high-voice
collection, including "O Cessate" in 
G minor.  This version of the "24 Italian songs" is what the publisher calls
"medium high."  The low-voice version of the collection is what the
publisher calls "medium low."  Though the low-voice version is not yet in
the NLS collection, I am lobbying for such a transcription because this
collection is crucial for any well-trained singer.
