wow are you really singing 32nd-notes?
Anyway, in college we used to sing rhythm drills along with solfege 
exercises. The rhythm exercises would just be one note, say an F, 
but 4 or 8 bars of various rhythms of that note, including various 
triplets, dotted notes, ties etc.

That's the way to work on this, just to do it. Set a steady beat 
with a metronome, drum machine, or whatever, a clock or timer that 
clicks loud enough can work too since that works out to 60 beats 
per minute.
