It is listed in the main catalog for the NLS. Just search for it by using
the "BRM23958".

Here's the main Site Index for NLS: http://www.loc.gov/nls/site.html  Just
select "Search the Catalog" on the list.

I think you must be reading the "Web-Braille" list that is not up-to-date -
the main catalog is a more reliable way to search for music. This will list
everything available in hardcopy or digital format (web-braille will show a
link to the files). If you find something only available in hardcopy - call
the LOC and ask them to scan it !! 1-800-424-8567.

So where is it on the list?  I looked under T and under B and under H and M
