    We see that you signed up in February of this year.  You have until September 15, 2011 to update with any change.  Please fill out an application with your new information.  All members must do this to ensure that all information is kep up to date.  Since you signed up for online as well, this effects your subscription there.  Any questions, please give us a call and someone can assist.  This goes for all members and remember to write or call instead of writing the list with changes like this.  It will protect all members in the long run since this is a publically run list where the archives are public.  Thanks.
