Hi Kelsey.

I have also had this problem with my jaw moving forward.  If you can't
tell hwen it is moving forward, then you just need to use your hand to
lightly feel the movement of your jaw as you sing.  I think you will
notice that when you correct it from moving forward, your voice will
sound freer.

When you stand, keep your feet shoulder width apart.  If you think of
this when you need to stand correctly, perhaps  it will be easier for
you to feel what you are doing.

Some singers also stand with one foot slightly in front of the other.
This keeps the weight properly balanced and stops the slouching and
keeps the tention in the lower body.  Just something that might be
easier to try.
