Hi, you can try downloading and installing the Sibelius Access scripts for JAWS.
Its free.
http://www.musicaccess.co.uk/sibelius-access/
Dancing Dots also had JAWS scripts called Sibelius Speaking of which i have a copy. Very cool, but they don't provide it anymore because they have a problem keeping up with the updates of Sibelius itself, and to keep the scripts accessible.
But try Access scripts for Sibelius at the link above.
Dansing Dots' new program scripts Lime Aloud, for Lime, can be found on their website.
Here's the link:
http://www.dancingdots.com/prodesc/limealoud.htm
I think it is quite expensive, so brace yourself.
But maybe your college or university could pay for it, since you are a masters student. :)

Thank Dewald and all friends i'm so glad to hear. I have been used sibelius without any screen reader scrip. I found that is not so success because many time I need to ask someone to edit dynamic articulation and many detail. i'm interested in Lime by Dancingdot. how does the lime ability acces with us? can we do more than typing notation?
in theory and analysis class now I always listen and answer by playing piano and do home work by using sibelius sometime. I also have teuter to write down the music for me. so glad that i'm not doing in wrong way.
I'm so interested in Lime. please give an advice.
thank very much for your suggestion.
sincerely
